Iger's '09 Pay At Disney Slipped By 28%
Robert A. Iger, the CEO of the Walt Disney Co., received a $2 million salary and a $9.3 million bonus for fiscal 2009, a 28% drop from the previous year, according to a proxy statement filed on Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
